Who We Are
Our goal is to transition refugees into contributing members of their host communities by providing long-term solutions, such as housing, labor opportunities, and medical relief.
We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization registered with the IRS. Our group consists of dedicated volunteers that joined together for the sole purpose of aiding refugees and people in need. 100% of the donations go directly towards charitable supplies. All overhead, including travel and administrative expenses, are paid for by the volunteers.

Provide urgent winterization supplies, medicine and surgical procedures to areas receiving little to no assistance.
Help rebuild the lives of many children and families in need through various sustainable income projects.

Testimonials
"Hanan - The first time when we moved here we got all of the equipment for the kitchen from Hanan. We need necessary things and we get them from Hanan. Like clothes, and a TV. Sheila brought for us Islamic clothes, prayer rugs for Selot and namaz, and hijab and scarf for prayer and clothes for prayer. And through Hanan we got English classes and enrolled ourselves in English class. The first time I got a job through Hanan. In Afghanistan I did not have experience with a job. I had just finished University in Afghanistan. And also through Hanan we got the doctor and dentist for my kids. And also now with summer vacation, they can go to Islamic Center Camp and we got that information from Hanan. And also during Ramadan, we got Halal food. The good one rice before we didn't get that one. Which is very good for cooking and also the olive oil that is very good and healthy. And also, I got my license and the car from Hanan. All of the things we got from Hanan. The best is my driver's license because I am so excited. I never drove in Afghanistan and it is my hope that I have my own car and drive my own car. Afghanistan situation for women is so low. The environment is not good for women. Here it is all good. I can improve my English and my education here and for my kids."
